Kuala Lumpur, 28 June 2024 — Vince Academy has made headlines by officially setting an ASEAN Record for the First Chinese-Language Property Coaching Program to achieve a remarkable RM1,134,772 in combined monthly rental income, generated by 187 participants as of December 2024.
The milestone was officially recognized and presented on 28 June, marking a significant achievement in both property education and Chinese-language entrepreneurship within the ASEAN region.
Vince Academy’s coaching program, conducted entirely in Chinese, equips aspiring property investors with practical knowledge and strategies that have translated into real-world rental income. The program has not only empowered individual participants to grow their rental portfolios but has also contributed to elevating the visibility and credibility of Chinese-language education within the regional real estate sector.
